| Volunteer Job Opportunities |
Fusion (7th-9th): Regular group night for 7th through 9th grade. It takes place three times a month from September to June at the Oakwood Ministry Center. This a time of Bible learning, games, and hanging out.
~Group Leader: This position is open to anyone who loves students 7th-9th and the energy they bring with them. If you are into “controlled chaos,” this is the place for you. You have the freedom to lead games, teach, go to their school activities, anything that presents itself.
~Leaders for Fusion must be at least 18 years old, and it is strongly preferred that no family relation with any attending members is involved.
Incite (10th-12th): Regular group night for 10th through 12th grade. It takes place three times a month from September to June at the Oakwood Ministry Center. This is a time of getting to know each other, challenging ourselves with Biblical principles, games, and learning about what God has to saw on controversial topics in our society.
~Incite Group Leader: This position is open to anyone who loves students 10th-12th, and the challenging time that they are going through as they begin to formulate their own thoughts on life and who they are. If you want to challenge students and prepare them for life this is the area that you will enjoy. You have the freedom to lead games, lead ice breakers, share stories, teach, go to their school activities, and anything that comes up.
~Leaders for Incite must be at least 20 years old, and it is strongly preferred that no family relation with any attending members is involved.
Drivers: Do you have a van, SUV, Cadillac Escalade, or Hummer?! We need you! We are always going on trips and events were we need drivers. If you want to donate some gas, a car, and allow your speakers to play some loud Christian music this is for you.
~If you are interested in driving students some place, all you need to do is fill out the volunteer forms, have a clean driving record, and not get too annoyed by kids and this will be a great area for you to serve in.
~Must be at least 20 to be a driver for youth group events.
Sponsors: Sonshine, Concerts, Mission Trips, Retreats, 1st Wednesday, etc. We are always trying to do new and exciting events for the students, but with that, comes the need for diligent volunteers that like to spend large amounts of time in a row with students.
~These jobs could involve driving, physical labor, and general abuse from the students as they get to know you.
~Sponsor jobs are offered to the active volunteers first with discretion to the area of service. Also, all trips will have one female leader and one male leader, unless there are no students from the specific gender. An 8-1 ratio will be enforced for student to leader ratio on every trip.
Worship: We are looking to add a strong worship element to our activities. If you are interested, please apply and we will get that going.
Prayer Team: Do you have a couple extra minutes in your day? Do you love to pray? We want each student in Student Ministries to be prayed for on each day of the year, so if you are willing, we would love to match you up with a student that you can lift up to God in prayer.

Sunday School Teacher: Do you have the gift of teaching and love to make Bible stories pertinent and fun? This is the job for you. We are looking to expand the Sunday school into a 7th-9th and 10th-12th group, so if God has gifted you in this area please consider this position
~Must be at least 18 to teach junior high and 20 to teach senior high.
~Must have attended the church for at least a month and pass all the standard requirements.
