Senior Pastor is Steve Anderson. He has been at Oakwood since 2005. He and his wife Sharon are native Minnesotans. They have two married children and three grandsons. Steve loves spending time with Sharon, playing golf, reading good books and hunting. He loves 24, Famous Daves and the Minnesota Vikings. He went to college in Mankato, MN and seminary in Sioux Falls, SD. In addition to his leadership role at Oakwood, Steve also teaches part-time as an adjunct faculty at Crown College. His favorite Bible verse is 1 John 5:13: "I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."

Andreas Custer is Student Ministries Pastor. He came to Oakwood in March 2008. Pastor Andi was born and raised in Austria, where his parents have been missionaries for more than 26 years. He and his wife Jennifer met in high school at the Black Forest Academy in Germany. Andi's favorite verse is John 3:30, "He must become greater; I must become less." Andi says he wants to spend his life making great the name of Jesus!

Tyler King joined the staff of Oakwood in October of 2008 as the Worship Director. Tyler grew up in a home that taught him the values of living a biblical life. It was not until early high school when Tyler discovered that God would use his gift of music to strengthen the body of Christ. This calling led him through years of worship, musical training, and eventually to Oakwood. Tyler’s favorite verse is Philippians 1:21-24, “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far, but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.”

Kelly Meyeres is Children's Ministry Director at Oakwood. Kelly came on staff in September 2009. Her family moved to Minnesota from Arizona in 2009 and began attending Oakwood right away. She and her husband Jason have two daughters, Samantha and Kelsey, and are expecting a baby early in 2010. Kelly's favorite verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strentheneth me.”

Kay Osmundson works as the Administrative Assistant at Oakwood. Kay has lived in CO, IL, CT and hopes to settle in MN. She and her husband Don have two daughters: Erica and Kristin who live in California. Kay loves to spend time with family and friends, and time outside - walking, biking, gardening or just sitting! Kay volunteers with the Small Group Ministry at Oakwood. One of her favorite verses, "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13
