| Senior Pastor Steve Anderson |
|
Senior Pastor is Steve Anderson. He has been at Oakwood since 2005. He and his wife Sharon are native Minnesotans. They have two married children, three grandsons and one granddaughter. Steve loves spending time with Sharon, playing golf, reading good books and hunting. He loves Famous Daves and the Minnesota Vikings.
Pastor Steve went to college in Mankato, MN, and seminary in Sioux Falls, SD. In addition to his leadership role at Oakwood, he also teaches part-time as an adjunct faculty at Crown College. His favorite Bible verse is 1 John 5:13: "I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."

| Pastor Andi Custer |

Andreas Custer is Student Ministries Pastor. He came to Oakwood in March 2008. Pastor Andi was born and raised in Austria, where his parents have been missionaries for more than 26 years. He and his wife Jennifer met in high school at the Black Forest Academy in Germany. They have one daughter, Elli. Andi's favorite verse is John 3:30, "He must become greater; I must become less." Andi says he wants to spend his life making great the name of Jesus!

Laura Beuch is the Children's Ministry Director at Oakwood. Laura, who came on staff in March 2011, is excited to partner with parents and teachers in the spiritual development of Oakwood kids. She and her husband Andrew have one daughter, Emily, and they are looking forward to getting involved and building relationships here at Oakwood.

| Scott Miller |

Scott Miller is Worship Director at Oakwood. Scott, who came on staff in September 2010, plays all types of guitars and drums. Contemporary jazz and blues are the music styles that seem to run through his blood, and he enjoys listening to pop, rock and country music. Scott and his wife Michelle have been married nine years and have three children: Levi, Halle and Sydney.

| Karen Sazdoff |

Karen Sazdoff works as the Administrative Assistant at Oakwood. Karen and her husband Todd live in Waconia and have three children: Nick, Sophie, and Reilly. Karen, who joined the staff in February 2011, loves to spend time with family and friends, and especially enjoys time to catch her breath from the fun craziness that often comes with a busy family life.
