Oakwood Community Church in Waconia, Minnesota, is a daughter church of Wooddale Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and is also affiliated with the Baptist General Conference (BGC), a fellowship of 1,100 evangelical churches in the United States with 150 missionaries in 27 foreign countries.
Wooddale Church is committed to starting new churches. In the past ten years, churches started through the ministry of Wooddale Church have reached and blessed many, most of who would never have become a part of Wooddale Church.
